between bill clinton's pardon of a fugitive and a large donation made the the clinton foundation. new activity at a home we've been tracking all afternoon. a source of conflicting reports out there. a number of agencies can't tell us what crime is being investigated. abc 15's jason is there since swat showed up. >> just a little while ago we saw a black van pull up into this driveway. we've seen it a couple times. they had a quick conversation with investigators but ultimately they let them go. we've heard from several agencies that the u.s. postal investigator is the one leading this investigation. somebody in their office told us this is a wire fraud investigation. we haven't heard any confirmation that this is human trafficking as was first reported by a councilman. >> u.s. postal investigators

suspects led out in cuffs. four or five young men showed up, talked with investigators, went into the home but wouldn't tell us who they are or why they're here. we're not showing them because they might be minors. the homeowners said they rented the house to a couple running a basketball camp. the owners called authorities weeks ago when they noticed suspicious activity. this morning councilman sal diciccio told us it was a human trafficking ring. >> these are individuals that come in and can never work their way out. >> later he said he stood by his comments but was being asked by police to back off the trafficking talks. then his office said he was abandoning the comments completely that he got bad information on scene. an fbi agent said there have

confirm human trafficking. an office is virginia is involved too and said the same thing. i have talked to the u.s. postal inspectors office however right now they are not confirming any information. guys back to you. tonight waiting to learn more about the wrong way driver who killed an innocent driver the a fiery crash on the loop 101 near 35th avenue. you can see here all of it was caught on adot cameras overnight. the man driving the wrong way was also killed. and the valley too familiar with these types of crashes. what's the hold up on technology to stop these crashes from happening. we check to see where the prevention program stands today. spending the day in gila bend trying to find evidence where human remains were found last night. they belong to two people. what a scare on halloween in the valley.

person who fired paintballs into a crowd. we're told at least four people were hurt. this is near 31st avenue in sweetwater. the shooter's car reportedly a silver dodge durango with a roof rack. a drive-through nightmare. a demand for cash. the guy inside the car smashed the window of the drive- through. took off with the register. going down last monday in tucson. he got but not without getting his picture snapped. detectives need help finding him. they've been looking for him o since the day of the crime on september 27th. it happened late at night near baseline road. he flashed a gun and ran away with the cash. the tires were worn to the point the tour bus shouldn't have been on the road. but new details revealing more about this deadly crash. it was a week ago when this bus

three puppies but new information about their rescue. >> the three sick pups were found this afternoon near a canal. they were taken from their kennels last week. a vet just checked them out and told us they're going to be okay. they'll be put up for adoption on saturday at the walk to save animals at tempe town lake. you may have heard about an arrest involving irs scammers. dozens held accountable. we know how it works. >> they pretend to be an agent claiming you owe back taxes. >> the government charged 61 people with this. many in india. some were in this country. get this, they say more than 250 million dollars was collected in this scam. the amount startling. much more than had been reported before.

some new worries tonight of higher gas prices after that pipeline explosion in alabama. just miles from the gas leak that happened in september which led to days of shortages in several states. it runs from houston to new york. no word how long these repairs will take nor when it might reopen. the governor declared a state of emergency today that allows truck drivers to be on the road a bit longer. let's keep in mind tha explosion killed one worker. four others remain in the hospital still at this hour. katie a little boy in buckeye in the fight of his life for the third time. his cancer keeps coming back. alex is 6 years old he's in first grade. he's gone through several surgeries and learned for the third time he has cancer. his treatment options are

a gorgeous fall night in the ral lee. we got -- valley. we got our near average temperatures back. 61 in sedona and mitd to upper 50s -- mid to upper 50s in payson and prescott. a little bit of verga out to the north. the atmosphere sucks up the moisture. we are going to continue to moisten things up as this low pressure system digs down. this is going to be into thursday. moisture is going to wrap around it on the eastern side of this storm system. and then come back to the west toward arizona on thursday. so we're going to start off with a slight chance for isolated showers tomorrow. we're going to filter the chances by thursday including in the valley. about a 20% chance for us. mostly sunny tomorrow. low 60s in the morning. 76 by noon and a couple hours in the mid to late afternoon
